There is a no refund policy when it comes to your order. I will however RESHIP the orders that have been lost Via USPS, and a report will be made with the postal service. Order communication MUST be over EMAIL, not social media platforms. I do not give any type of refunds for EBOOK orders since these are automatically sent out to you directly Monday-Friday.
